Sa Santa Iglesia Catolica

Nga sa imo kadaygan gindala

Sadtong prayle gikan sa Espanya.

Ang Dios nagapakamaayo

Tigbauan, you're a renowned town,
A home by the sea shore sprawled;
Your history was sculptured,
Through many a number of years.

Tigbauan, you're a beautiful gem,
Studded at the hem of the Visayas;
Land destined by the Messias,
Where in paganism will perish.

Because in your gentle bosom,
Here, Christianity was then sown;
A religion that was a gift
Of the Jesuit missionary.

Your children acclaimed without doubts
The Most Holy Catholic Church
That was once brought to your bounds
By that friar from faraway Spain.

The Almighty Lord blesses you
And keeps watch over you always
' Cause you embraced the Cross of Christ
Which is the salvation of mankind.

You're the sanctuary of devotees
Of the Most Holy Child Jesus,
Adopted Patron of the place
Because of His great miracles.

Tigbauan, you're a town so blest,
Because your beloved parish
Has a church that is made of love,
A temple of a strong oneness.

Likened to a dream come true
The church that was built long ago
Now made beautiful as promised so,
